- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship across Pakistan.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Charges

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
- You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner's website.
6. Delays
- shoppak is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
7. Damaged in Transit
- If your Hand Grip arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
8. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may return the package to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
