Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in undamaged condition.
• If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will accept a full return without question.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or have opened packaging (unless defective) are not eligible for return.
• Products with a tampered resistance adjustment dial will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If your product was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, along with clear photos.
• We will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
